I have been trying for the past week to do my yoga video. 
So far so good, I’ve done it 4 times this week. 
However I don’t think I’m actually good at the poses as of yet.
“Now we’re going to go from Downward Dog into Plank Pose, and back into Downward Dog and then..” 
on my way back down I went a little too far,arms gave way and landed on my face… 
No bruising that I can see, yet.
Yoga and walking are the only exercises that I can do at the moment. I eventually wouldn’t mind going for a run when my health is better… however I couldn’t run before I had all my operations, I don’t think that having my intestine out would all of a sudden make me a better runner. 
Infact the more I think about it, every time I went for a run I felt like my chest was on fire and that I was going to be sick on the side of the road. I’d walk home, legs all jelly like and literally fall through the door, perhaps weeping as I did so. (okay I didn’t cry but dammit it hurts!)
And wait, the more I think about it, a few years ago around Christmas time I went for a run, got a throat infection and ended up in hospital over Christmas. 
If I do start running I will let you know how it goes. 
At the moment its pretty easy to practice yoga (pahaha practice yoga, I don’t practice it I attempt it very badly) 
And I’m trying to walk most places. 
However when I get back to work I have no idea how I’m going to do it. Mostly because I don’t have the space in my room and would most probably hurt myself on either the mirror/tv/draws/wardrobe…. Take your pick. 
I feel a lot calmer after I’ve done yoga, a little peaceful which is nice. And as I’m writing this to you there are birds singing and the sun is shining. 
Could I sound any more cliché?!?! 
Right I need to grab some lunch and put on some clothes. 
No, I’m not naked. Im just in my pjs.
